This chapter shall apply to the use of the Vern Burton Memorial Community Center,
located at 308 East 4th Street in the City, and to the use of the Port Angeles Senior
and Community Center, located at 328 East 7th Street in the City, and to any use of
the surrounding grounds whenever said use is in conjunction with the use of either
building as governed by this chapter. These community centers are provided by the
City for social, educational, and recreational activities, which require a structure
with the size and characteristics of the Vern Burton Memorial Community Center or
the Port Angeles Senior and Community Center.
