§ 13.12.020. Uniform electric rate.

For customers not requesting a time of use rate schedule, the monthly rate for electricity consumed shall be in accordance with sections 13.12.030, 13.12.040, 13.12.041, 13.12.042, 13.12.043, 13.12.060 and 13.12.073. The monthly rate includes all applicable taxes. For all rates in these sections, heavy load hours are all hours from 6:00:00 a.m. to 9:59:59 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Light load hours are all other hours Monday through Saturday, all day Sunday and all day on North American Electric Reliability Corporation specified holidays. Pacific Prevailing Time applies (Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time, as applicable).
