§ 13.44.010. Monthly residential flat rate.

The monthly residential flat rate for each service shall be $93.62 for 2019. The flat rate shall be charged to each single-family residence served by a separate meter and to each residence served by a common meter. If requested by a customer served by a separate meter, the customer may be transferred to the metered rate specified in section 13.44.020, provided that first an amendment to any existing easement that specifies a flat rate is granted by the easement property owner and approved by the Public Works and Utilities Director.
