§ 13.44.090. Service charge.

Whenever the department responds to a request outside of regular working hours for assistance to investigate a deficiency in water service to any premises and it is determined that the deficiency is the result of improper operation or maintenance of the customer's plumbing, a charge will be made to defray a portion of the cost of responding to the request in the amount of $235.00.
