 Chapter 13.65. WASTEWATER SERVICE—RATES

  § 13.65.020. Commercial and industrial rate.

  • Each commercial and industrial wastewater customer connected to the City wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal system, including commercial and industrial wastewater customers in the unincorporated EUGA, except when exempt by 13.61.090 PAMC, shall be charged:

    Effective Date January 1, 2019
    Base Rate $18.43
    CSO $5.68
    Total Rate $24.11

    Consumption Rate per
    100 cubic feet     		$5.62
    CSO $1.95
    Total Rate $7.57

     

    This section shall not apply to a commercial connection to the City water system for agricultural and irrigation purposes in accordance with 13.44.050 PAMC.
