§ 17.11.050. Area, dimensional, and density requirements.

    The following area and dimensional requirements apply to all RS-9 zones:

    A 25% height bonus is available if the detached structure is within the building envelope required of a principal structure in the zone that the property is located.

    In locations where stormwater runoff from structures, paved driveways, sidewalks, patios and other surfaces is designed to infiltrate on-site, according to the requirements in Chapter 5 of the City of Port Angeles Urban Services Standards and Guidelines manual, portions of the project can be exempt from lot and site coverage calculations. (See PAMC 17.94.135 for exemptions.)

    C.

    Conditional uses. Conditional uses shall comply with the development standards in 17.94.065 PAMC.
