§ 17.18.030. Applicability.

A bed and breakfast use in accordance with the provisions of this chapter is required for all bed and breakfasts occurring in residential zones. A bed and breakfast use shall not be required within commercial zones. A bed and breakfast use is an administrative conditional use permit as defined in PAMC 17.08.020(I).
