§ 17.26.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that retail stands are appropriately located in the commercial and public areas, are compatible with the uses allowed in such areas, and are conducive to the public health, safety and welfare, and to promote the diversity of retail stand activity. This chapter provides for retail stands to be permitted through an administrative conditional use permit process.
