§ 17.26.135. Renewals.

A.

Renewals of approved permits shall be considered in accordance with the same procedures as for the original permit application, provided that the following minimum criteria are met:

1.

The use complies with the permit conditions.

2.

There have been no significant, adverse changes in circumstances.

B.

Permits for a retail stand use located in a public right-of-way shall be granted on an annual basis.

C.

Permits for a retail stand use located on a private property may be granted for a period of one to five years.

D.

Preference may be given to a renewal request before a new application for that retail stand location shall be considered.
