§ 17.45.110. Hearing Examiner public hearing—Scheduling and notice.

Upon receipt of an application satisfying the requirements of Section 17.45.090, the DCED shall schedule a public hearing before the Hearing Examiner. Public notice shall be given as provided in section 17.96.140.
