§ 2.44.030. Business hours.

A.

Except as noted in subsections B., C., and D., all public offices of the City shall remain continuously open for the transaction of business from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, inclusive, of each week.

B.

Customer service hours are:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

C.

Police Department hours are: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

D.

On Saturdays, Sundays and State legal holidays all such public offices shall be closed.

E.

Whenever a legal holiday falls upon a Sunday, the following Monday shall be the legal holiday.

F.

Whenever a legal holiday falls upon a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be the legal holiday.
