§ 2.60.015. Delegation of authority—Personal property.

As to an item of personal property or collection of personal valued $25,000.00 or less in total, the City Manager hereby is authorized to declare such property surplus to the needs of the City and to arrange for disposal of the property in any commercially reasonable manner, without public hearing and public notice. The City Manager shall notify the City Council in writing of any property so disposed and its method of disposal.
