§ 2.78.005. Purpose.

The purpose of this policy is to establish standards of ethical conduct, consistent with state law, that apply to every municipal officer of the City. The citizens and businesses of Port Angeles are entitled to fair, ethical and accountable local government. This chapter is intended to state behavioral expectations of the City's municipal officers.
