§ 3.70.030. Waiver of fees.

Under appropriate circumstances, the fees imposed may be waived by the City Manager, or his or her designee, and such waiver shall only occur in circumstances in which the waiver is necessary support of the poor or infirm. The City Manager is also authorized to waive fees for certain economic development projects and activities, that create additional private sector jobs and/or leverage private sector investment so that the City's tax base is substantially increased as a result of said project or activity.
