§ 17.94.040. Yards to be enclosed within a solid fence.

A.

Every wrecking, salvage, junk, used lumber yards, equipment and material storage yards shall be completely enclosed within a building or within a continuous solid fence no less than six feet in height or to a greater height if such height is needed to screen completely all the operations of such yards.

B.

Salvage and building material establishments shall contain all items for display or sale within a structure or behind a sight-obscuring fence not less than six feet in height. No part of any required front, side or rear yard setbacks shall be used for the sale or display of any said items.
