§ 5.04.150. Revocation—Municipal jurisdiction.

Unless such disciplinary measures in regard to a given profession, vocation, or occupation are solely within the jurisdiction of the State, the rules contained in section 5.04.160 through 5.04.220 shall apply for any business not otherwise exempt by State law.
