§ 5.04.160. Revocation—Authority—Notice.

  • The City Manager or his designee is authorized to revoke the license of any person, when there is a reasonable belief that the business is being conducted in violation of any ordinance of the City or any statute of the State. The City Manager, or an authorized City employee shall secure the license and post notice of revocation of the license on the premises. Written notice of the revocation of the license shall be given to the holder of the license, which shall inform the licensee of the reason for revocation, and cite the ordinance or statute of which the licensee is in violation.
